Calling all bookanistas!  Welcome to The Page Turners of Silicon Valley.  This is a book club for mature women who enjoy a variety of books, lively discussion and convivial company in a pleasant setting.  It is a chance to meet new people and make new friends.   

New to the area or just looking to meet some new people and read some new books? Then this group is for you. We'll take turns meeting at each other's homes or at local restaurants or coffee shops to discuss a selected book of the month.

Join us for discussions on an eclectic mix of fiction and non-fiction books. We meet once a month - usually the evening of the third Thursday - at a member's home mid-Peninsula.   The book for each month is chosen by a mixture of voting and consensus. Our discussions include both the book itself and the issues it raises. They are lively, informal, and respectful of everyone's view.
